If your group would like to consider a trip to the Oaks Indian Mission to perform a service project, please review the Guest Information document found below for information, guidelines and price schedules. Once you have made the decision to move forward, please complete the Group Request Form (also found below) as soon as possible and forward it to our Group Coordinator, Joni Ishmael at joni.ishmael@oaksindianmission.org. Joni will follow-up with you to discuss the availability of your requested dates and projects that would be best suited for your group.
Book early as our calendar fills quickly!
PLEASE NOTE: Once we've agreed upon a date for your visit, a Liability Waiver must be completed by each member of your group and received by the Oaks Indian Mission at least one month prior to your visit. A Volunteer Disclosure Statement must be completed by your group leader and submitted to our Administration office prior to your departure.
